CONTROL OVER YOUR CALLS

 
The ONECALLsm service is ideal for companies with sales or service reps.  If the employee is unavailable, the receptionist can transfer callers to the employee’s ONECALLsm service.  This will increase the receptionist’s productivity by cutting the amount of time spent taking and delivering messages.

Depending on how the employee has their service set, the transferred caller can either leave a voice message if the representative is in a meeting; forward to his/her cellular if in their car; forward to the rep’s home if he/she is working from home or be forwarded to the rep’s assistant if out of town or sick.

Employees can forward a caller’s message to another employee or manager, as well as, add comments to the copied message.  After listening to the message, the recipient can reply to the message via a recorded reply or transfer to the sender, at a touch of a button.

Setting #1: Voice Mail with a zero option to your cellular phone

“You have reached John Smith.John is currently unavailable.  If your call is urgent you may press zero now and your call will be redirected.  Otherwise please leave your message after the tone and your call will be returned as soon as possible.  Thank you.” (beep)

If ZERO is pressed the caller will be transferred to your cell phone

 

Setting #2: Voice Mail only mode

“You have reached John Smith.John is currently in a meeting or unavailable. Please leave a detailed message after the tone.” (beep)

Setting #3: Will direct your calls to your cellular phone

“You have reached John Smith’s Personal Assistant. Please hold while I connect your call”.> cellular #

Setting #4: Will direct your calls to your home office
