Setting up your DTC ONECALL Virtual Personal Assistant Call Routing and Voice Messaging service
ACCESSING YOUR ONECALL VOICE MAIL AND CALL ROUTING SERVICE
1. Call your assigned Onecall Voice Mail telephone number
2. Press # when you hear your personal greeting
3. Input your Passcode if you are in standard greeting mode
or
4. Input your 4 digit Mail Box number then your Passcode if in forwarding mode.

CHANGING YOUR PASSCODE
The dialing sequence from the Main Menu is 9,9
1. Press 9 for the Options Menu
2. Press 9 to change your Passcode. (this 9 is a silent option)
3. Enter your new Passcode followed by the # sign
4. To verify re-enter your Passcode followed by the # sign
5. You will hear "Passcode Accepted" if you have successfully completed this sequence.
RECORDING YOUR GREETINGS
The dialing sequence from the Main Menu is 9,1,6
1. Press 9 for the Options Menu
2. Press 1 to Record Prompts
3. Press 6 to record your Personal Greeting Prompt or 4 to record Optional VM prompt 1 or 5 to record Optional VM prompt 2
4. Record your new greeting after the tone then Press # to end your recording. The system will play back your recording and ask you to Press 1 to Accept or Press 2 to Re-record.
5. After Accepting your greeting Press # to back off the system
Note:
If you wish you can record your Directory Prompt by Pressing 2. When recording your Directory Prompt just say your name, followed by your Mail Box number. Your Mail Box number is the last four digits of your voice mail number. For example, "Bob Smith, Mail Box Number 7007"
If you wish to record your Name Prompt Press 3 and record your First and Last name only.
